Why choose this program?

  • A fully immersive Spanishspeaking training

Train entirely in Spanish with classes led by professional actors who are native or fluent speakers.

  • Discover Hispanic and Latin American repertoires

Work across contemporary, modern and classical texts to explore the richness of Spanishlanguage theatre traditions.

  • A program accessible to motivated learners

Designed for students with a strong command of Spanish — no previous acting experience required.

  • A creative and handson approach to acting

Develop interpretation, voice, movement, improvisation and artistic autonomy through practical, workshopbased training.

What to expect?

Each week, you participate in practical sessions where you rehearse scenes, test approaches, and refine your voice, body and presence through guided exercises. Classes function like laboratories, where you learn by doing and receive continuous feedback.

Your year is structured into modules that shape your artistic journey:

  • Exploration: experimenting with contemporary texts to understand creative impulses and realism.
  • Dramaturgical practice: building scenes through staging, space, lighting or gesture, inspired by Latin American dramaturgies.
  • Creation: developing a collective performance from concept to presentation.

You alternate between solo exercises (monologues, physical proposals, vocal work) and group-based sessions where you construct scenes collectively, respond to partners, and contribute ideas to the ensemble.

Depending on the module, you may integrate elements such as movement, music or rhythm, develop textless sequences, or create scenic compositions inspired by Hispanic/Latin American artistic references.

The year culminates in a collective performance that synthesizes all the work developed in class — dramaturgy, acting technique, movement and creative choice.

Programme structure

The year is divided into 3 modules :

  • Module 1 : Contemporary explorations - students explore the driving forces behind theatrical creation ; they  become familiar with contemporary texts and begin their investigation of the realistic style
  • Module 2: Dramaturgies - students explore the concept of ‘dramaturgies’, as used in certain approaches of Latin American theatre (the dramaturgy of the performer, of staging, of space, of lighting, etc.) by working on classical and modern theatre scenes.
  • Module 3 : Collective creations - students prepare a public performance, in Spanish. The module comprises a journey through a complete play, including dramaturgical research, combining several disciplines such as singing, dancing and music

Main program focus :

  • Experience dramatic interpretation

  • Work on vocal techniques and diction
  • Stimulate imagination and creativity
